City defeated Blackburn 1-0 at the Britannia Stadium in their last outing, midfielder Liam Lawrence scoring the only goal with 15 minutes remaining. Stoke could name an unchanged side after a successful run of games. The only absentees are likely to be midfielders Amdy Faye and Salif Diao. Senegal striker Henri Camara will have to be happy with a place on the bench with James Beattie and Ricardo Fuller continuing up front.
